Indian law gives you real control over the personal data we hold about you. Use this form to see it, fix it, delete it, stop us using it, or complain. It is free, and you never have to give a reason.

How we check it is you. We will call you on the mobile number already on your record and confirm a detail of your booking — for example the service address or the date we visited. Only then do we act.

We do this because otherwise anyone could use this form to read, change or delete someone else’s records. We will never ask you for a password, an OTP, your Aadhaar, or a bank or card number. If someone claiming to be from DNR asks for any of those, it is not us.

We aim to complete every request within 30 days. The law allows us up to 90 days at the outside; if we need longer than 30 we will tell you why. This form is free to use and you do not have to give a reason.

If you are still unhappy after we reply, you have the right to complain to the Data Protection Board of India. You do not need our permission and you do not need a lawyer.
