A commercial site is judged on records as much as on results. Ours is a scheduled programme with monitoring points, a sighting register and a signed report after every visit, so when an FSSAI inspector or a client auditor asks what you do about pests, the answer is a file rather than a phone call.
Each of these carries different risks and different inspection standards, and the programme is built around that rather than sold as one package.
Our Bengaluru Head Office has served institutional and corporate sites for over a decade. Among the organisations we have worked with:
Commercial work runs as an ongoing programme, not a callout. The first visit sets the baseline; everything after is measured against it.
This is the part that matters when an auditor arrives, and it is included rather than charged as an extra.
Commercial cover is quoted per site after the survey, because a 40-seat restaurant and a 20,000 sq ft warehouse have nothing in common in scope. Most sites move to an annual contract billed monthly or quarterly, which works out lower per visit than reactive callouts and is what auditors expect to see. We quote in writing before anything starts.
Tell us the premises and the area, and we will arrange a survey and quote. No charge for the visit.
We survey the site, agree the scope and quote in writing before any work begins.
