Aedes, the dengue carrier, breeds in small volumes of clean standing water rather than dirty drains, which is why tidy homes are not spared.

Aedes bites during the day and rests indoors on dark surfaces, under furniture and behind curtains. Culex, the nuisance biter that whines at night, prefers polluted water in open drains. The two need different handling, which is why we identify before we treat.

Our Treatment Process

Treatment is built around breaking the breeding cycle, with fogging used for immediate knockdown rather than as the whole answer.

1. Site survey. The technician walks terraces, balconies, setbacks, sumps and plant areas, listing every container holding water.
2. Source reduction. We empty and scrub what can be emptied, and give you a list of what needs a lid, a mesh or a slope correction.
3. Larviciding. Water that cannot be drained — sumps, tanks, ornamental features — is dosed with a larvicide so the larvae do not reach adulthood.
4. Residual spraying. Indoor resting surfaces get a residual application: behind curtains, under beds and furniture, and in dark corners where Aedes settles between feeds.
5. Thermal or ULV fogging. Gardens, setbacks, basements, common areas and event venues are fogged for immediate knockdown of adults on the wing.

Chemicals We Use

Larvicides and adulticides we use are registered with the Central Insecticides Board & Registration Committee (CIB&RC) and applied at label doses. For events and offices we can schedule outside working hours so the space is ventilated and clear before people arrive.

Mosquito work is priced on what needs covering, not flat size. A balcony-and-terrace treatment is a different job from fogging a gated community, an office floor or an open-air venue.

Send us the area and type of premises and we will quote. Associations and offices usually move to a recurring schedule, which prices lower per visit than one-off callouts. Event fogging is quoted per venue.

Service Warranty

Mosquito work is covered by our service warranty, with the term confirmed in your quotation, since it depends on whether the site is treated once or on a schedule. One point matters more: if the breeding sources sit outside your boundary — a neighbouring plot, an unmaintained terrace — a treated flat will see mosquitoes again, and we will say where they come from rather than re-fogging.

Before the Visit

• Empty plant saucers, buckets and any open containers on balconies and terraces.
• Unlock access to the terrace, sump, pump room and setback areas.
• Cover or move aquariums and outdoor fish ponds, and tell us where they are.
• Close food, cover water storage vessels and put away utensils before fogging.
• Keep children, pets and anyone with a respiratory condition out during fogging and for 2-3 hours after.
• For events, tell us the guest arrival time so fogging can be scheduled well ahead of it.

After-Treatment Care

• Ventilate thoroughly after fogging before re-occupying the space.
• Do not mop indoor resting surfaces for a week — that is where the residual is doing its work.
• Expect adults to drop within hours but give larviciding two to three weeks to show in the numbers.
• Keep the containers empty. One forgotten saucer restarts a breeding cycle in about a week.
• Check tank and sump lids monthly, especially through the post-monsoon dengue season.
