Whitefield is one of the areas we are called to most, and the jobs are rarely alike: a 2 BHK in a 200-flat tower, a villa off Varthur Road and a tech park cafeteria each need a different approach. Our technicians cover the whole belt from ITPL and EPIP Zone out to Varthur, Kadugodi and Hope Farm.
The building stock here splits three ways. Large gated towers around Hope Farm, Kadugodi and Brookefield share plumbing risers and ducting between flats, which is why a cockroach or rodent problem in one unit rarely stays there. Villa and row-house projects along Varthur Road and Siddapura have their own gardens, compound walls and sit-out areas, bringing rodents and mosquitoes in from the boundary rather than from a neighbour. Older Whitefield still has independent houses with timber frames and open plots nearby. Over all of it sits a dense layer of PGs and serviced apartments housing the tech-park workforce, where mattresses turn over constantly.
Every service below is available across Whitefield, at the same published rates as the rest of the city.
GST extra as applicable. The ₹299 visit charge is waived on orders above ₹999. Full area list and branch details on the Bengaluru page.
